Payment for Grand Gathering events?

Does anyone know? Do you pay in advance over the phone when you book it or pick up tickets and pay at guest services before the event (probably with a CC guarantee, also over the phone)? Anyone know?

When I booked my grand gatherings event I had to pay in advance and give a list of all the names of the people participating. I had to cancel prior to 6 days to get a refund.

You have to pay the full balance 45 days out from the event (well for the breakfast atleast but I'm assuming it's the same with the rest), nothing to pay before then though and you can cancel without penalty up to 6 days out.

It is the same for the fireworks cruise--full payment is due 45 days prior to the event.

for the Illuminations and Wishes cruises you pay at the time of the cruise. However they do hold your cc number and if you do not cancel atleast 24 hours before the cruise you are charged for it. Even if its raining do not just not show up. The only time they cancel the cruises is if there is lightning close by.
