Payment CMs take Dining ADRs?

Not sure if this is posted in the right place ... nevertheless ... is it usual for the CM you reach when using the 407-WDISNEY number and accessing the "make a payment" option to also take Dining ADRs?

Here's why I ask ...

I just got off the phone from making final payments on our upcoming August trip! The CM was great about verifying that our three rooms are cross referenced, that our DME info was correct, that our room requests were consistent etc. He seemed to be very on the ball.

When all that was done, he asked if I needed anything else - dining, recreation, etc. I asked to be transfered to Dining and he laughed and said he was a one stop shop and could do my ADRs for me! He added my new ADR and confirmed times on my pre-exisiting ones. He even apoligized for having to reinput my info for the ADR since it was a different system than the resorts' one. Again, everything went smoothly.

What I was surprised about was that he was able to do both ... in the past (when planning previous vacations), I've always been transferred to a new CM when done with resort ressie stuff and moving on to dining. So is this a usual thing or what?
 
I have recently been offered one stop shopping also!
 
I have always been transferred too. Maybe you were working with a supervisor or manager, they would normally have to know how to handle all requests a Jack of all trades!
 

We have had the CM do our dining also several times. Think it is a great service, and they are always so cheerful. :)
 
I've had CRO CM help with dining reservations many times. Everytime they ask is there anything else I can help you with I ask can you check some dining times out for me. They always say sure no problem!
 
i had an awesome CM when i booked my first trip ( usually had my mom planning it) she booked everything i needed confirmed everything for me did my DME confirming and took all of my ADRS for me..i was amazed that i could do everything in one phone call...maybe one of the above posters is correct in saying it was a more experienced CM :confused3 but either way when they can do it all its the best type of call! congrats on getting it done with them!
 
I called today to change our resort (for the THIRD time!) and they asked if I needed ADR's. I told them I had to look at my list, but that I thought I had the major ones already. The CM looked up my ADR's and read them off to me! Turns out, we were all set.

I was very surprised, and happy that they were so helpful. It's starting to feel like the Disney from back in the old days!
 
I've had very positive experiences recently too with the one stop planning. :thumbsup2 When I called to change my dates a few days to coincide with free dining, a very helpful CM helped me with that and then helped me move around all of my ADR's. She even took care of my CRT problem. I had already paid with the old dates, but then wanted to change to use my free dining credits and she was able to fix that too. It was so easy I kept waiting to find out what the joke was...:rotfl2:
