Does anyone know if you can use travelers checks at any of the
restaurants?

You can use travelers checks at all of the restaurants, stores and even counter service. The only place I have not tried to cash one is for the soda stands, but I would expect they would accept them there as well.

I've used both Visa and AMEX travelers checks everywhere at Disney. Cannot recall them ever being refused.
