Paying separately for 2 yr old's meals

We have purchased the DxDP for our upcoming trip and our twins will be just shy of their 3rd birthday. When the CM comes to the table, do I need to specifically mention that they are 2 years old so we'll be paying OOP for any meals we order or do we just settle it when the bill comes?

ETA: The majority of our meals are going to be buffet/family style but I'm wondering more about the other table service meals where we'll be ordering one child's entree for them to share, since they aren't big eaters.

At CRT my sister planned to have her share with all of us but they told sis her daughter could have anything on the kids menu, just a smaller version, which was perfect as she did not eat much. We shared at our other non buffet meal.

The CM will run a separate transaction for your 2 year olds and they will scan the MBs twice.

That's what we are doing. I have an 8 year old and a 20 month old at time of travel. Not worried about the buffets but I am just going to pay oop for him when we do non buffet. In the past the waiter would come and I would just say we have 2 adults and 1 child on the deluxe and I guess they would put something different into their computer. Anything extra like add ons or tips we just used out mb to charge it to the room

No they scanned my sister's band twice. Once to use the DDP credits for her family and then a second time for the 2 year old's meal. sorry.

we were in the MB "test" last fall and they could not mix OOP and DDP in one transaction, not sure if that has changed

my niece did have an MB, it didn't do anything but open the room door. it was a relief that she got one, would have been a huge meltdown if everyone else in our 2 families had MBs, including her big sister, and she didn't
