Paying OOP Kids meals

My dd will be 13 (a small 13 she looks like 10) and she is more happy eating things off of the kids menus. Has anyone not been allowed to order a kids meal at a TS? I don't mind paying more for it and how much more do they usually charge? Thank you so much!!

My DD (also 13 and also could easily pass for 10) ate off the child's menu at every Disney restaurant last month. It was no problem at all. When we ate at Yachtsman Steakhouse, she ordered the appetizer and entree off the child's menu, but definitely wanted the creme brulee, which is on the adult menu. It was no problem at all.
