We received a postcard today from WDW with Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale- addressed to KY and was signed from Mickey Mouse!
Whoever sent it THANK YOU- CAN'T EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH
We arn't going till December- BUT WHAT A SMILE WAS ON OUR FACES AND THE KIDS TO GET THIS!!!! WOW WOW WOW.....

All Disney resorts have a mailbox in the lobby for out going mail.
Finding the mailbox was easy ...The hard part was find stamps...not all gift shops carry stamps and a few I went to were simply out of stock. I thought I could buy disney stamps ** at disney.....but this are issued by the US post office and are not available at disney.

My best advice to those planning on sending out post cards.....buy your stamps from home. Learn from my mistake...I had 14 cards to send out and went looking for stamps at 6 different stores.

Yes, part of the magic is the Orlando postmark.

....we are going to disney in September with a family who has never been. They have 4 kids, and needless to say, they are excited. The youngest saw me Wednesday night at church and ran up to me and said "Mr. Wayne, are you excited about going to Disney with me this fall?" She was smiling from ear to ear...very excited.

If you would be willing to pay it forward for this group of kids, please PM me...I'll send you their address, names, etc. I will be happy to return the favor for others in September.

I will be going to WDW August 15-20.. I will send postcards to the first 3 PM..Send childrens names and ages and addresses. Will postmark from the park if there is a postoffice there, if not, I will still mail from Orlando.
