Paying for tip when using DDP at TS meal

I know tip is not included and that you have to pay separate. Does it have to be cash or can it be charged with the KTTW to the room or with a credit card? I just want to be sure I plant o have enough cash if need be.

Can pay it with whatever Disney normally takes. Cash, CC, KTTW, GC... all of them work.

Further tipping information may be found in the stickied tipping thread at the top of the restaurant forum. The mods like to keep all discussion there as tipping threads (in general) can get a bit... rowdy.
