Paying for room charges

We have 5 rooms at Animal Kingdom Lodge reserved for February. We wanted to pay for the rooms on the same credit card. I assume that this won't be a problem.

But my question is this: can each room (family) leave another credit card # to use toward room charges, i.e. food, souvenirs, etc. instead of charging it all to that one credit card. (There is a different name on each reservation, but one person is paying for the rooms.)

Any info would help! Thanks. :D

As long as there is a different name on each reservation I don't see a problem. When each person checks into their room, they will be asked if they want charging privileges.

Are these room-only or package reservations?

They are room-only reservations.

It is not uncommon for them to put room and tax on a "master" account (charge card) - in this case whichever is paying for the room and tax only and use another charge card for incidentals.

I've done this many times for my expense account...room and tax on my business charge and meals and incidentals on my personal one...should be no problem at all.

I have paid for my room with 1 card, and used another for my charges. I would see no problem with this.
