Could I use some of my stash of Disney Dollars to pay for a drink from the Muddy Rivers Pool Bar Port Orleans Riverside?

My Disney Dollars are my spree money and from the descriptions on WDWIG, the poolside bar at the resort has some yummy drinks choices that would be a great splurge item.
