Hello! We are taking our DD on a graduation trip with three of her friends. They are all booked in a studio at Poly. One of the girls would like to pay for her dining plan on her credit card. Does anyone know if I can call DVC and pay with different credit cards for the individuals booked on the reservation? Is our only option to pay for all guests (I know all guest have to have the dining plan in the room) with one credit card? Anyone done this?
Thank you!

Can she buy Disney gift card(s) at a a store like Target?

I know they can take two forms of payment so I'd suspect they could do it with two different credit cards.

Whether or not you could do this, I wouldn't since it adds unnecessary complications. I would talk to her parent and work it out between the two of you or take hakepb's advice and have her buy gift cards at Target and give them to you. The complications could range from... billing address... your address is on the file, but her card is tied to an outside address. They'll need billing data for her. And what if you cancel or tweak something that results in a credit going back? Since it's a package deal, it could end up going back proportionally to your and her credit cards. Last option, and I would do this if I was booking a trip requiring payments from various sources... open a Disney Vacation Account, figure out what each person owes, and pay into that. You can charge a specific amount on a credit card down to the penny. Then you pay for the trip out of those funds. It's cleaner than how you're attempting, sets aside the funds involved, and keeps a paper trail you can go back to long after the WDW site purges your data.

Thank you so much for your thorough reply! I actually chatted with member services today and he suggested that we do the gift card thing. He said we could combine the gift cards and then pay for the dining plan with that. He stated that we absolutely could use the different credit cards but that those payments must be in the guest's name. In this case we have teenage girls and therefore they wanted to use their parents credit card. So I think I will ask for them each to give me a gift card. BUT your idea of a Disney account is a good one I might look into. I'm totally clueless on how it works. Can other people pay into my account using their own credit cards? This would be ideal because they could pay the exact amount of the dining plan. Anyone know if you can buy a Disney GIFT CARD for a specific amount or does it have to be round numbers like 100 or 500? Thanks again for everyone's helpful ideas!

They would give you the gift card and you would load it to your account. If you go to a store that's sells the reloadable GCs, you could out the exact amount on that GC. Target, for example, only sells set denominations ($50, $100).
