Paying for Dining Plan

I recently added the dining plan to a December trip with MS. I was surprised when she said we would pay when we checked in. I thought this policy had been changed that we had to pay when we booked it?
Did I miss something, or did MS make a mistake?

I believe that change is in the works but is not in effect yet.

Agree with Pops.. Probably 2011 or 2012.. but not 2010.

Yep. I called MS to book our trip for May and they asked if we wanted to add on the dining plan yet, because we weren't sure which DDP we wanted to do at the time, I declined but did inform them that I will be calling back to add it on at a later date. The CM informed me that we have about a month before the system is going to change over to where we would have to pay for the DDP once we book it. Not sure exactly what date that is however.

I was told they were being trained on the new system, but did not know when the cutover would be.
