Paying for Dining Plan with Disney Gift Card?

Is it still possible to pay for the Disney Dining Plan with a gift card? There is no option online-only credit cards. If a gift card can be used by calling Member Services-do I need just the Gift card # or the security code also? TIA!

I paid with the DVA last year (like a gift card). I had to call member services to do it since they do not accept the DVA online either. Not sure if you have to give them the security code but I would think they would know.
