Yes, but you have to call MS.

Yes, as long as you are paying with a single major credit/debit card.

For the DDP, they should be able to take an unlimited number of gift cards. The limit only applies to ticket purchases made through MS.

MS should be able to take an unlimited number of gift cards as payment for the DDP (unless something changed recently).

Another option when you have multiple gift cards and want to purchase tickets or a dining plan through DVC is to open a Disney Vacation Account (DVA). Once initially funded (minimum of $10) with a major credit/debit card, you can add more funds to the DVA using gift cards. You can then use the DVA (basically as a Disney Gift Card) to pay for the tickets or dining plan.
