Paying for Cinderella's Royal Table with GC

I know that I will have to pre-pay for the castle but I want to use a Disney Gift Card. For what I can tell there isn't a way to do that when making your reservation on the website, they ask for a Credit Card. Can I pay with my GC or is the only way to prepay is with a CC?

You cannot use a gift card if you make your reservation online. If you call Disney Dining you should be able to make your reservation and pay using a gift card. Potential issue is...if you see a reservation online...will it still be available by the time you get through to an agent? No clue why Disney doesn't allow gift card payments for online dining pre-payment....
