Paying final payment

Our final payment is due August 1. Is it best to call to make this payment? The new website is so messed up I am worried about making it on line. I called today to ask a question and they had to put me on hold to find my reservation.They assure me all is well, but the new website says I only have 7 people not 8. If I look it up on old website it is correct. Is all your info correct on new website? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

I would call to make the final payment and then have them email you a confirmation showing the balance is zero and that the resort/room type/number of people are all correct as well.
