Paying Dues Online

Another dues question-

Is anyone having issues paying their dues online via DVCmember.com? Last year I had the debited from our bank account but would like to get the Visa points.

When I try and pay by visa online I get an error page (the standard Disney error page).

I paid mine on-line with my Disney Visa. I think that the first time I tried I got an error. But I looked and saw that they won't paid yet. So I tried again and it went through. When I checked my status after the 2nd time, it said that my dues were paid.
 
I also tried to pay my dues online and got the error message. I called member services the next day to pay by phone and was told that the charge had already gone through and that my balance was $0.
 
I paid mine online on 1/2/2008 without any problems.
 

I have tried to pay it at least ten times and keep getting error messages. I hope that those charges didn't all go through! Yikes. I will have to check my Amex balance.

Very frustrating!
 
You guys are so good paying your dues before the due date!

I usually call in my credit card number. I think I will stick to that plan.

It's a once-a-year bill. If I don't pay it quickly, I'll forget it!
 
It went through finally today. Thank goodness no extra charges went thru.
 
I believe DVC was having problems with their website the past few days. There was a message showing that some members may not be able to log on.;)
 
I got an error mesage too. When I checked my CC balance it had said it had gone through. I printed my payment receipt and confirmation number JIC.
 
Paid mine online with Capitol One and it went through right away. Showed up as zero due when I checked online 2 days later.
 
I've tried twice (on two separate days) to pay my dues on-line. No luck yet. I get the error message on the very last page. I've checked my credit card statement online to make sure it hasn't gone through as well. So far it hasn't and I still show my balance due on the DVC website. I'll try again tomorrow. Maybe they'll have it fixed by then.
 
Tried to pay ours last night online - everything was fine until the final page, and I got an error. :headache:
Guess I'll wait and see if it posts today or tomorrow, and if not I'll try again. Frustrating!!
 
I've tried paying online three times, each time getting an error page. So I thought I would try sending it in, but I never did receive my statement via mail. No problem, I thought I would just print the statement online and mail it in that way. I selected the 'printer friendly' statement version and also got an error page.

So I tried to call in. Kept getting a busy signal. Could it be that Disney just doesn't want my money? :-)

Apparently I lied in my previous post! :sad2: I just got my Disney Visa bill today and the dues weren't on there. So I went on-line today and it shows that I still have a balance. I tried to pay on-line and I got the same error message that everyone else got. Maybe I will just have to pay them via snail mail. :rolleyes1
 
I've been trying as well to pay it online, and no luck, same message about the error. I think I'm just going to call and pay it over the phone.
 
I kept getting the "Sorry" page, I think I'll call it in on Wednesday. I paid on line last year and had no problem.:confused3
