paying disney balance

Is it normal that disney take your final payment late, l am getting worried they will cancel my booking have tried ringing them but they just say they cannot discuss final payments with them, as they dont deal with that, am getting a little worried, the money is in the bank waiting for them.

did you book direct with Disney? It does sound a bit odd to me that if you did, they won't discuss your payments to them?

I have always had to call Disney on the balance due date, to pay the final balance - they haven't yet taken the balance when they said they would, even if I've left my card details with them and permitted them to take the balance on a set date.

Yes l did book direct with them, l had a problem last year but had got a new card so the original number had changed, but everything is the same this year, think l may have to try and ring them again, l hope they are open tomorrow thanks for the reply

My payment took a few days, maybe even a week to show on my account. I seem to remember posting a similar post back in January asking the same, it was the first time I'd paid with a deposit.

I know what you mean. It is always about a week later than the agreed date when it finally goes out my bank. At first I got worried and phoned to check. Now I give it a week n sure enough it goes out. Have a great time
