pay phone charge from Disneyland

I accidentally killed my cell phone last week when I didn't put it in a closed pocket before getting on Splash Mountain. It stopped working so I stopped at a payphone at New Orleans Square to call my boyfriend. I had to use my credit card since I don't have a calling card. I remember the message saying I would get charged something like $3.50 and I was on the phone for maybe a minute or two at the max (I left my boyfriend a voicemail). I received a charge on my credit card for $17.

Does this sound right? I was going to dispute it with my credit card company.

WOW!! You would think you called Japan or something for the price! I'd try to dispute it too! That's crazy!

While I fully expect things to cost more there, I was shocked enough when I heard the $3.50 message. Not to mention my shock when I saw the $17 charge. I will go ahead and dispute it.
