Pay it Forward!!!!!

I've just read this great thread on another board and hope that we could set it up on the UK boards.

The idea is that when you're at WDW you send a postcard to a child whose holiday to WDW is looming.

The postcard will be of the Childs fav character saying that they are looking forward to seeing them when they come to WDW.

This will really get the child excited knowing that there fav character is expecting them and as it has come all the way from WDW just adds to the magic.

We are taking our 5 year old daughter who is mad on the Princess and would be so thrilled to receive a postcard from anyone of them.

So if you are there over the next month please PM me and help me start the holiday excitement.

However if anyone would like me to do the same for them whilst I'm away let me know the details and I’ll see that the magic is returned. The max I could do is 3 so please get in touch quick

My DD has just received a postcard from the Princess and to say it's made her excited for her forthcoming WDW holiday...............is an under estimate.

Thanks to ChildsPlayDG for adding to the magic, and if my maths is correct it only took 10 days to get here.

ooh - that's a really good idea - I'm not going till Oct 2005, but if anyone is going over in late Oct (25th onwards) or Nov then please PM me the details. I'll also do 3 or 4, I'll post back on this thread when my "quota" is full.

(and in the same vein - if anyone is out there in Sept and could get a postcard sent to my little boy before we leave on Oct 11th, I would be ETERNALLY grateful!)

What a brilliant idea!

If anybody is going out soon and would be able to send a card to my boys please let me know.

we just recived a post card from friends of ours that were over early Jan
post card landed Friday 18th Feburary took nearly seven weeks to get here

I've been told to try sending the postcards in an envelope to see if they arrive any quicker.
