Pay for trip with multiple cc?

Does anyone know if you can pay for the trip with multiple credit cards? Here's the deal: I'm trying to book online for a trip that is less than 45 days away, so I need to pay the whole balance now. However, the trip is a surprise for my husband, so I can't use our credit card or he'll find out.

I've been to Disney many times, and (stupidly) assumed I could pay for Universal with Universal gift cards, so I've been squirreling away cash here and there, with the idea that I'd buy a Universal gift card and then use that to pay for the trip. Lesson learned.

So now, I want to use three or four prepaid Visa gift cards. Online, I can't do it. It says I have to pay the full amount on one card. Does anyone know if this is something I can do over the phone? Or, any ideas on an alternative solution?

Have you looked into booking hotel and tickets seperately (a lot of us find it cheaper to do that anyway). Then you only have to pay a hotel deposit and can pay the rest when checking out. Undercover tourist (where a lot of us get tickets) will let you pay with multiple cards.

Barring that I think you’d have a good chance of multiple cards over the phone.

You can use the Universal gift cards at Universal. The company you are trying to book a package through is a travel agency that works on their behalf. If you book hotel only, you can use your gift cards at the hotel when you are there.

Disney is different because they own everything. At Universal, they own the parks and a couple of the hotels but not everything.

Why don't you use your prepaid visa cards to order tickets through Undercover Tourist or some other third party place and then use your Universal Gift cards to pay for your hotel. You'll have to pay for one night in advance.

I may be a little late on this one, If you were farther out you would be able to do this when we went in may this year because of my work schedule and a few others that went with us we booked almost a year out. when you do that you have to pay a deposit and then can pay however on the site until you are a certain amount of days out, then you have to pay the rest off of one card.
