Pay cash for upgrade?

Used the last of my points to reserve an inn room at VB, and I am wondering if I can pay cash to upgrade to an ocean-view room. Has anyone out there done this?

You cannot combine points and cash for a single night. You could book some nights of your stay on points and some on cash (if available).
