How do you all interpret the new policy?
It is posted on the member website.
It reads to me that you pay when you add it to your reservation.
It seems to read that if you don't want to pay months ahead, you can wait and add DDP up to 48 hours before arrival, but still pay when adding it then.

This system enhancement will allow you to pre-pay for the DDP if you wish. You don't have to if you don't want to. Here the information from the 'System Enhancement' news item:

Members who prefer to pay for their Disney Dining Plan prior to arrival will be able to do so through Member Services when booking their reservation. Members who don't wish to pay in advance will still have the option of adding their Disney Dining Plan to their reservation as many as 48 hours prior to arrival and paying for the plan just prior to the start of their vacation.

I can't seem to find it on the member website. Can you share where this is?

I like the addition and the option to have the choice to prepay

I like having the option to pre-pay. I can bill my food on a different billing cycle as my souvenirs/travel expenses. :thumbsup2

....

then again that could be VERY dangerous. :lmao:
