DH is a die hard Pawn Star fan so when I saw a promo for Pawn Queens, I decided to set the DVR. To my surprise, I realized that the store is just a few miles from our house. On Sat, DH and I decided to take a ride to a consignment shop. On our way back, we stopped at Naperville Jewelry and Loan just to see what it was like. The girls were not there but the two guys on the show were as well as a much older man (maybe the dad of one of the four) and a younger guy. The store is much smaller than we imagined and not geared towards women at all. More like a typical pawn shop.
We did get a laugh though when Greg realized that they had sold a Coach bag for 1/2 of what they paid for it.
Apparently, someone had tagged it incorrectly. Tom's response was "Well, we can't call the customer up and ask them to return it."
