Hello,

Last time I went to DLP and used the Half Board plus, I don't think they had this! Could someone explain what it is and where I can use it as not finding a lot of info at the moment!

We are going half board plus again in September :)

It is a voucher that can be used for a hot or cold drink plus a snack from a limited list at counter service restaurants in the parks between 3pm and 7pm.

To be honest, we found we didn't really need more sweet things, and all the snack choices I saw were sweet, and despite having a group of 8 with only 4 sets of vouchers (my BIL and his family did not have a meal plan) we ended up giving away 3 vouchers on our last day before we left. We did eat a lot of buffets to keep the kids happy, but we just did not need any more food really and certainly not anything sweet.

Thank you Lolsmum - they did not have this before when we went so i'm quite chuffed! Also as a family of sweet tooths and a diabetic, this could be quite useful for us, even the drinks alone will save us some euros which we can then spend on disney stuff :)

We didn't find it terribly useful either, as we had our dinners early. but if you were having dinner later they would be even better.
it was great for the bottles of water though, as they're so expensive in the parks. and some places have icecreams which is nice too.

You can get tea/coffee/hot choc, or a dispensed fizzy drink, or bottle of water or juice. Sweet treats were muffins, brownies, donuts, magnum icecreams, brioche etc. Usually 2/3 choices in each place. Vouchers can be used in any COUNTER SERVICE restaurant. There's a list in the 'Guide to the two parks' that you get with your tickets, or at the entrance to the parks. They seem to be strict on the times you can use them.

At least 2 days ago it was counter service, not table service restaurants. Things like Caseys and Hakuna Matata.

Lol I wrote it in capitals and I wrote it wrong! COUNTER SERVICE restaurants is what I meant! bed early for me tonight!
Have fixed it now.
