Patterson Court 1 Bedroom?

Do these exist? And if so, has anyone ever lived in one or known someone who has? Just curious!

Yes, it does exist. Never lived in one bedroom apartment in Patterson but I did live Chatham's. My apartment in Chatham was huge! The thing about the 1 bedroom apartments is that it's hard to get. If you are checking in, try to be there early. One bedrooms go pretty fast!

There are no one bedroom in Patterson. Only 2 and 3.

But there are one bedrooms in Chatham. Some are bigger than others. Usually the first floor one bedrooms are.

I actually found a YouTube video posted by someone who lived in a one bedroom in Patterson Court, so I know they do exist.

Yes, they exist. I am currently in one.

I am also lucky enough to report that since I chose to extend my stay (my original departure date was May 18), when my original roommate moved out, they never gave me a new one! Lol. So, I've been here in a 1 bedroom, by myself, for the last 8 weeks. *Shhhh... don't tell Price Management!*

They exist, they are awesome, and I highly recommend them! Best of luck with your application process!

*Edit: Thought you might also like to know that the weekly rent for the 2 bedroom units here in Patterson recently increased to match the 1 bedroom units, at $99. This happened maybe... 6 weeks ago? At least that's when I heard about it.

Never been in one or heard anyone say they lived in one at Partterson.
