No I don't believe we do. Various ethnic groups celebrate feast days of particular saints. I know Catholics who choose somebody as their patron saint.

all the countries you mention have (or had) an established or official church. the US has no "patron saint" becuase we have a policy of separation of church and state.

A patron saint isn't an official government designation. Also, a country can have more than one patron saint (like Ireland).
