Patriot's Punch

I was just wondering if anyone knows what is in the Patriot's Punch? We will be eating at Liberty Tree Tavern in April and was interested in know what this is.

Is that the beverage with orange sherbert in it? I had something with orange sherbert last time I was at LTT.

I'm not sure. They really don't give a description about it.. thats why i asked. I guess I will find out in April.

It's got to be the one with the orange sherbert the PP mentioned. A menu I was looking at said it was a frozen beverage.

My son had the Patriot Punch in Feb. He said it was more like a slushie than anything else. He liked it a lot and wants to get it again when we go back. But it didn't look like it had sherbet in it at all, just the consistency of a slushie or Slurpie.

I got the recipe for the orange one while I was there. Its orange sherbert, a little lemon and lime juice, and a small amount of sprite to give it a little bubble. I don't drink a lot of soda but I LOVE these!

I may try to make these at home (they are so good). Our waitress rattled off the ingredients quickly last time but I think I remember her saying some pineapple juice, too??? I'm going to be SURE to ask this year!

I love these and they do have sherbet in them--it's more like a drink you'd have at a baby or bridal shower tea than a slushy, if that helps if you've ever had green sherbet floating in 7up and juice in a punchbowl).
