Patricia Krall or Sydneys Point TH at WH

Does anyone have any info on this person or this TH in WH? We are looking at her townhome but I cannot find any reviews on it. It does say that it is Windsor Hills Verified though.

I don't have any specific info, but I had some disers tell me if they are verified that is a legit thing. Have you checked out floridasunvacations? I believe they also had a lot of nice townhomes. I didn't rent through them but was going to if the one I wanted didn't go through. Some of the owners of those townhomes are on the windsorhillsrent.com and it was cheaper to rent directly through the owner but I went to the floridasun.....to get my info so I would know what I was looking at.

Hi.

I have lurked on these boards for over two years.

We stayed there Christmas of 2008 for 2 weeks. She was wonderful. I actually just made my final payment today for our May trip back to the same town home.

The only thing was the beds were not as comfortable as I had hoped. But, for the price we didn't care. The house looked just like the pictures.

I would not hesitate to rent from her. I did check her out through all the channels and the taxes are paid and they do own it. Her communication is very fast!

I am renting there starting 10/16 and her communication has been excellent. I really like that you do not have to visit a Mgmt Co as she asks you to provide her with a 4 digit code that is then programmed into the door for your stay. I will review when I return!
