Has any one stayed at the bc and had a patio room? Are there chairs and table outside. Is there grass so kids can walk around? Can you still get a water view or see fireworks from these rooms? Sorry so many questions just cant find the information. thanks

there are chairs and tables.

no to low to see the fireworks - and too many trees between Epcot and you.

is a pool a water view? - then yes.

if you are talking lagoon view - don't think so. I think the quit pool is in the way?

try to avoid the first floor rooms closest to EPCOT if privacy is a concern. There is a sidewalk from the DVC building and quite a bit of foot traffic right next to your room. We were in a second floor room in this section (one of the few second floor rooms with full balcony). We had our Christmas Snowman Flag on the balcony so we had privacy from people walking on the sidewalk when outside with our morning coffee or evening kiss goodnight to EPCOT.

There is no grass along here - just scruffy brush.

It IS a fabulous location for a quick walk into EPCOT.

We always use that walkway from BCV to Epcot behind the BC. And you can see right into all the rooms easily. Also it's very dark and forest like. No sunshine, no view. It's almost like being in the woods.
