My flight information wasn't correct because the city where my stopover goes to isn't on their list and I had to put in a more known city.

If you're not taking DCL transportation:
What Castaway Club level are you? Platinum ( my first cruise as Platinum )
Did you check in right when your window opened (midnight EST)? Attempted to, but couldn't complete it. Ended up finishing check in just before 6am EST the next morning.
Did you have any issues during check-in? Yes. Not sure if it was a widespread issue, but it froze while saving the Onboard Account info (which I had just put in as cash). After an hour of trying different browsers / devices I gave up and went to bed and finished the process when I woke up just before 6am.

Honestly not sure how I managed to land BG 2 without Disney transport or as Concierge?? I'll take it though. We're running the Space Coast half marathon that morning so I'm happy we should be able to head straight to the port after without too much downtime to fill.

Nope, we're on the 11/30 cruise. So she has her Transatlantic and then 3 Bahamas before we get to her!

I find it odd that we got a BG10 even though we will be using DCL transfers. Got a better BG last year when we had no castaway status!

that is a really odd boarding group. I would just double check that they have your transportation set up correctly

I thought so too. Transportation is definitely set up as we go through a travel agent. I flagged to her but she said DCL transfer doesn't guarantee an earlier BG. I just think it's a bit weird as last year we did our first ever cruise, so no castaway status, and got dcl transport from Saratoga and got BG 5.

There have been issues with DCL randomly cancelling scheduled transportation. I personally would call DCL and just verify they see it on their end. You cannot make changes like adding it without your TA doing it for you but DCL will be able to tell you it is there and set and you can ask about the BG. It should be BG 6 unless DCL is switching things up... (which they might be)
