We've ordered from the counter a few times. We ate outside the restaurant in the tables provided once. Mostly, we take it back to the room. When we were there a couple weeks ago, I noticed they had tables inside too. I have no idea how I missed that all this time. :rolleyes1 Anyway, is it an actual TS restaurant? What type of experience is it? How's the atmosphere? Do they provide bread for the table? Sorry for all the questions, but I could eat pasta every day. I may be able to talk my guys into eating there more often, if we don't have to eat outside why people feed the birds. :headache: The fact that they don't have to stand in line to order would be a big plus too. Thanks in advance for the info. :)

I just read on the UO site that Pastamore is indeed a full service restaurant. Guess I've been missing that on the site too. Don't you all wish you were as observant as I am? I'd still love to hear reviews on the table service experience.

I'm sorry, tarheelmjfan, but this just gave me a belly laugh. I consider you to be one of the experts on this board whose advice I highly value. And you didn't notice the restaurant behind the counter.:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Too funny!

As to your questions, we generally dine there once each trip. The atmosphere is as nice as any of the other CW restaurants. We like it equally whether with kids or just girls night out. I can't remember some of the other specifics without digging up a trip report but I do know we keep it on our list of Things To Do At Universal.

Pastamore is my favorite restaurant at CW. It sure doesn't get the publicity that some of the others get, thats for sure, and thats fine with me. Let it be our secret!:rotfl2:

I find it to be very friendly and they have great food - generous portions and very fair prices (relative to other theme parks rests). I just LOVE their Fried Ravioli!

Seats are comfortable and service is fast. You can stay a while if you want or come and go pretty fast if that is what you want to do. The dining room is modern; lots of maroons and blues and light color woods.

Whenever I do USF or IOA I have dinner there . . .mmmmmmmmmm 2 months from today!

We like Pastamore. Dishes are typical American Italian, so yes, they do provide bread and, as far as I remember, you can buy various dipping sauces. The service has always been courteous and prompt. Food's quite good. The restaurant itself is very easygoing and casual - not for a fancy night out but perfect for hanging out after parks (at least this is how we perceive it)

Its got a good atmosphere, great sangria, good food plus the deserts are very tasty and at 15% off with AP it doesn't break the bank:goodvibes

I'm blond! Nuff said!!! :rotfl:

Thanks all for the input. I can't wait to eat there on our next visit. BTW, do they serve breakfast at the TS location also? We like their breakfast pizza.

I hope the tables don't disappear again, before we get there. ;) They couldn't possibly have been there all this time. :rotfl2:

Pretty sure its 5pm for main restaurant, can't believe u missed them:lmao: just goes to show we are all always learning and sharing:goodvibes
