Past Shows?

Hi All!

I'm very new to the boards. I've been listening to the podcasts since last August. This is probably a super-dumb question, but...Is there a way to download all of the past shows? I just love them and can't get enough. I listen at work and my boss often wonders why I'm sitting here at my desk laughing!! Anyway, I'd love to hear more shows if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks for your help!

itunes... there is a triangle in front of the current episode, if you click that it will turn to point down... there you can mash get all... and it will bring to you all the back episodes.

you will notice in older episodes the format is much different than today.
