Past October discounts

Can anyone remember what the cutoff for October offered discounts usually is? ( if there is one!) I'm thinking mid October but having never went in October I havent specifically paid attention to this. Also does anyone remember when they typically start offering that discount to the general public? Is it July? Thanks.

I'm wondering, too, but specifically about AP discounts in October, since we actually have APs this year.

This past year packages were about 10% off with the promo. It came out mid-August. AP rates were at about the same time.

The year before, there were no earely or mid October discounts and the late Octobers didn't come out until late September
