Passporter 2003 vs 2004

Does the Passporter *really* change from year to year? I have 2003, but have loaned it out, should I wait for my friend to return it (she's planning a trip with it) or should I go ahead & purchase the current one. Would there be a BIG difference in them??

There was quite a bit of difference in the '03 and '04 Passporters. Not only have a lot of things changed at WDW but the book format has been changed as well. Of course Pop Century info has been added, but they also have new magical moments stories from readers and many more new info.
