Passport update

Ordered DS's on June 8th..just received it today on July 3rd...so 3w 2d for expedited processing/express.

We ordered our kids passports with the expedited processing and express shiping on June 5th and from the tracking number I know they recieved it on June 7th. Check was cashed on June 8th. Neither of the two passports even showed on thier status page till last June 22nd.

I'm starting to get depressed...my dh and dd got theirs a day after the 10 week mark. I had to get a new birth cert so mine went in about 2 weeks after theirs did...I'm at week 15 now!! Darn good thing I don't need it next month. Figured that applying for it in early March was enough time.

We apply March 23 and still no luck...I told the mail person, if she doesn't have my passports, I'm not accepting any more mail...she refuses to listen...I am still getting bills...lol

Going on 14 weeks for ours.. Contacted them last Monday & this Monday, have my Congressman involved now, so should be Fed-Exd this Friday...

I finally got my passport after 15 weeks on a mailed in renewal. It took 5 weeks for my childrens expedited renewals. I applied for refunds of the expedited fees and received the refund check this week.
