We were on vacation a few weeks ago and decided it was time to get our passports.
Windsor Office opened at 8:45, we arrived at 8am and were the 4th in line. Doors opened right at 8:45 and we were called up right away. Took about 15 minutes and off we went.
Passports arrived in the mail 5 days later. Great service!
