Passport question

I'm filling out 2 under 16 passports. I see the printable forms online, it looks like I can type in the info and then print it. My question is the guarantor section. Can I type this section? Or does it need to be left blank so it can actually be seen the section was completed by guarantor? I obviously know signatures are after printing.

Can you fill the kids forms in online??? I just took mine in today and I thought they had to be filled in by hand, unline the adult forms....

From what I've seen, the forms can be printed out from the website but my cursor will appear in the application so I'm thinking I can type the info in before printing. Only the over 16 can use epass to actually complete them online (then print).
