I went to the local camera shop today to have new passport photos taken. Somewhere between me sitting in front of the camera (trying very hard not to smile) and the photos being given to me the pictures were exchanged. I wasn't expecting to receive pictures of a rather fierce, middle aged battle axe - DH however thinks they really do look like me!!

I liked my smiley (10 years younger) photo in my old passport. Oh well I'll just have to scowl at immigration officials for the next 10 years.

:rotfl: :rotfl: D'oh, I thought you meant that you'd picked up someone elses photo. I know how you feel, I have to renew my passport soon, so I'm not looking forward to having my photo done - although I'll be pleased to get rid of my 'overly permed looked photo' from my last passport :rotfl2:

I was working on a catwalk show once (unfortunately not meodelling) and one of the models told me how to get a good passport pic done, unfortunately it involves reams of baco foil and about twenty quids worth of practise in one of those booths :rotfl2: but I may try next time, I look like my gran in mine!
