Passholder website

I am having a hard time getting on disney's passholder site. I think I have all software dowdloaded that is needed and correct info off AP pass. any help would be apprecaited

Type your name in all caps. Also make sure you use the drop down for the first 3 letters on the second line. Those were a couple problems I ran into.

Make sure the date you enter is the date you started your most recent AP/PAP, not when it expires.

So you will have your full name as on the ticket, the three letter combo, three digit number, the date, plus one additional number, maybe three digits.

Thanks debbieB and deb and bill. That helped but I also found that spyware could not be running when trying to get on site.
