Passholder Site Renewal to Use Best Rate?

Just renewed my AP during our Disney vacation. OF course since I am back, I am ready to book again!

I can't get the Passholder website to allow me access. It just says my pass is expired and I am not granted access.

The site does offer the opportunity to "renew" but when I try putting in the new pass numbers it does not work. Anyone know what to do?

Are you sure you are putting in the numbers correctly? There should be 3 letters that you pick from a drop down menu, then three numbers, then the date (ex. 09 01 05) and then more numbers (mine is only 3 digits and all 3 of ours are in a row ex. 150 is mine, 151 is dh's and 152 is dd's)

If you are doing that correctly and it won't work, you probably need to call the Passholder people at Disney and have them check it out.

I just renewed my pass last week it works. I can't get on the passholder site. THis is ridiculous. I am not too happy that this is so complicated. Barb

I was finally able to access the site after hours of attempting to do so. If you can get to the page where you put your AP numbers in, just change the numbers to the new ones. I just kept clicking on everythinkg on the site, and going back and forth, and finally it worked.
