I am an annual passholder and am planning a trip for my high school softball team that I coach. I will be booking 7 rooms, will I be able to get an ap discount on all the rooms?

No. You can book the AP rate for one room only. An adult AP holder, over the age of 18, must be in the room to get the AP rate.

Actually, now you can book 3 rooms with each adult AP. (With the AP-er in one room.)
At least this is the case this year for WDTC packages. Don't know about room only res. I would think they follow the same guidelines. But call to be sure.

In January, I went to book 2 room packages with the AP discount and was told only allowed to book one room per AP holder so we had to book one room in my name, and one room in husband's name - we both have APs so it was no big deal, we just switched cards with son who was staying in the other room (we were told they no longer allow multiple room bookings with AP.)

Maybe we were told wrong...

We were told 1 room only too when we tried to book 2. I'd think you could try to book more but there is no way they will let you book 7. You might be able to get a group rate if you go through a TA.
