Passholder rate online booking ?

I have an AP and entered all of the info into the computer but I do not think that it is viewing me as an AP. Could someone help me? I have never even seen the AP best rate option avaialable. Everytime I log onto www.disneyworld.com under the passholder section, it just shows the fields that I have entered. Does anyone else get this or is it just me? I am trying to book the Poly in Jan. and it is giving me a rate of $350 a night. I tried calling the 1-407-WDISNEY and they could not help me at all and told me the only way to get the AP rate is via online. Any help would be greatly appreciated- thank you!

Go to www.disneyworld.com/passholder Enter you whole # as it appears on the back of your card. There are appropriate slots for each letter and number. Go to the home page on the passholder website and look for the "Book Now" for BRP. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions

I still call the passholder line, which is 560-pass. They won't give you the pass discount when you call 407w-disney. But I still try them first to see what kind of fl resident and AAA member discount I can get. This last booking I saved 10$ off the FL resident when I called the Passholder line.

The passholder website has been pretty screwed up, I can only get in to check rates about one out of ten times- it does what you're saying, just coming back to that same screen. I'd be glad to check rates for you if I can get in!

Well, I just renentered my info and followed the above link and it is still doing the same thing. I called the 507-pass # and the CM was so unhelpful. He told me I would have to try and contact the webmaster of the site b/c there was no way around not bookling an AP rate online. This is so frustrating. If anyone else has any other suggestions, plmk. Thanks!
