We live in PA. We purchased Passholder tickets in January 2019, but we only have the green exchange cards, not the actual passes. We won’t be at our resort until the end of July. MDE will only allow us to have one Magic Band each (for our room).

Is this correct? We don’t get a Magic Band until we get the actual pass? I have researched, but cannot find an answer to this question. Thank you for any help you can give!

(The Passholder tickets are paid in full.)

That's how it was for us, except we got the magic bands for our resort stay separately. Like: you should get one for the resort stay and then a DIFFERENT set for being passholders; at least, that's how it worked for us. We didn't get the passholder ones until we activated our passes (at the park) and went back in and told them to send them to us.
