Passholder Fastpasses with hotel reservation

We have a reservation for May 16 - 20th. We are both passholders. Shouldn't I be able to make fast passes now? Help please.

Yes, if you're staying at an on-site or otherwise eligible resort, your 60 day window opened yesterday.

You should be able to do FPs at 60 days if you are staying onsite or at a Good Neighbor resort.

We're staying at Music, but the calendar only goes to mid-april when I try to do fast passes. I do see my resort stay listed....wonder why my fast passes haven't opened up?

Did you try to click through to open up the May calendar? Mid-april is blocked for some Annual Passes, so depending on what type of AP you have, those dates will be blocked out. You should be able to click through to the May calendar and see your dates open.

Assuming your pass expiration date is after your May trip, if you are on a desktop, try your phone. If you are on your phone, try a desktop and see if you can see the May calendar. If you cannot, then you should call Technical Support at Disney.

I figured it out. I was trying to get FP for both of us, but it wasn't picking up my spouse's Annual Pass. Thanks!
