Passholder expiration

Im a Fla annual passholder, with a hotel reservation rate for Fla passholders, and 2 FP made (for Oct 31). Our passes expire Oct 8 - so its not letting me add another FP.

Now Im getting the run around = the web page for renewal isnt working and they say I cant renew my kind of pass on the phone.

So== will the website ever be fixed before the expiration? Will our fast passes fall off after Oct 8 ? I really dont want to have to drive all the way there to renew our passes before the next trip.

The FPs may even fall off before Oct 8th. Your AP is invalid for Oct 31st and the glitchy system somehow allowed you to book for the 31st.

To keep those booked FPs, you’d need to have an AP that’s valid for Oct 31 linked to your MDX.

Try different browsers, incognito mode, whatever you can. Doing that, I've been able to do what I need with the website the past couple weeks. Good luck!

Your best bet is to call and explain your situation. Let them know your AP is expiring and you want to renew but the site isn't letting you. They might be able to do something on their end to fix it or allow you to make some FP's

However before that I would try every other option..Phone app, Phone web browser, computer, different browser (Firefox, Chrome).

I called and got transferred all over, with phone quality degrading til I couldnt even hear them. Tried Safari, Firefox,Chrome and Windows. Finally this morning was able to do it in 3 minutes via my (android) phone browser. Nuts.

My FL AP expires Oct 29th.

Due to the ticket prices changing Oct 16, and not trusting Disney, I decided to just go ahead and renew it.

I was unable to access any kind of renew process on the website, not working.

I opened the Disney app on my phone and it allowed to do the entire process on the app.

Not sure what kind you have but I did renew a FL AP on the app.

thanks- I think I looked in the app but didnt really see where to do renewal.
