Just wanted to give people a small 'update' but I FINALLY heard from the ticketing people I was originally told to send an email to and they would figure out the problem for me. Well, want to know the official response after sending off the email over 2 weeks ago now?

Honestly you cant make this stuff up! I got this email YESTERDAY! And if I wouldve just waited for that response, not only would I been still been waiting, I wouldve went RIGHT back through the same merry go round since all it told me is to call the same number who told me to email them in the first place!
Good to see they are on top of things though!
Just a lesson people, if you get tripped up by these people, call and call OFTEN and demand to get your situation settled with someone who can look into it right away, otherwise I wouldve been getting the run around until July at this point.
