The process, so far we started at the beginning of march. We just passed ROFR today. The contract was submitted for ROFR on march 16th. We are getting 132 pts. From 2010, and all 150 points going forward. September use year. Old Key West.

Now we wait for the closing paperwork. They said that could take about three weeks.

I keep reminding myself of all the money I'm saving by going resale or it be totally disheartening working through the process!
