Passed ROFR now what?

Hi we passed ROFR at the start of June and have a delayed closing date of September, however I have no idea what to expect between then, as in what documents should we have when etc.

Can anybody help?

The only thing I received after passing were the closing docs. I'm not sure you'll hear or get a thing until closer to your date.

I would contact your broker, they are the experts and can tell you how and what docs you will receive from them and/or their closing company.
