Wow! Some unexpected pixie dust today! We received word that Disney waived their ROFR on our 200 point VGF contract that we sent off to them 21 days ago! Was expecting the process to take 30 days, so this was a pleasant surprise! Now the estoppel goes to Disney for their signature; expecting that process to take 2-3 weeks. We're getting there!! 
We'll have 67 points that we need to use before 3/31/15 or we lose them, so we're hoping to be in Disney's system as soon as possible to see if there is anything at any DVC resort for a long weekend Dec 25-28 that we might be able to use our points on. I'm thinking SSR might be our only option, but that would be ok. It would be easier for us to go at that time with the kids out of school and activities than it would be in Jan, Feb, or March. But I know that it being Christmas weekend it is a long shot; we'll probably end up trying to squeeze a long weekend in in the Spring. But so glad to finally move past the ROFR stage!!
