After twelve years as a travel agent, I finally sat down for a couple of days and completed all my on-line exams. It's unbelievable how much information is on this website.

Cinderellafifi - It's an Agent Education Program that Disney offers and when completed a "Disney Specialist indicates a travel professional with special knowledge of Disney Destinations".

I am sure many people on these boards could easily qualify as a "Disney Specialist" in an agency.
